Repointing Works
Repointing is the process of renewing the external mortar joints in masonry construction.
Over time, weathering and decay can create gaps in the joints between bricks or stones, allowing water to penetrate and cause potential structural damage.
Repointing involves carefully removing the deteriorated mortar and replacing it with fresh mortar, restoring both the integrity and appearance of the wall, and helping to protect the structure from further damage.
